Cristiano Ronaldo‘s future appears to be far away from Manchester United. After all the incidents, it seems that Erik ten Hag has forgiven the Portuguese and he has returned to training, but in the winter market it seems clear that the forward will leave.
It is even believed that United are willing to let him go out on loan due to his high wages. In the meantime, the Red Devils directors are already looking for a guaranteed replacement who can make up for the goals of the forward.
According to the Mirror, United are reportedly eyeing Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrick Schick. The Czech has a contract until 2027 and is valued at 50 million euros, something that does not seem to be an impediment for the English club.
However, the striker has not had a very good start to the season and has only managed three goals in 15 games. At 26 years of age, he has already played for several teams such as Sampdoria, Roma, Leipzig and now Bayer Leverkusen.
He has not been able to explode as many predicted he would in his younger years but is still a reliable centre forward with a physical presence.
If he finally arrives at United, he will have the opportunity of a lifetime to prove his worth in the world of football.
