Monica Lewinsky is an American personality that gained international notoriety after having an affair with President Bill Clinton in the 1990s, when she was an intern at the White House.
She was born on July 23, 1973 in San Francisco, California inside a Jewish household.
In 1995 she started working at the White House as an unpaid intern for then Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, and a few months later she earned a paid position in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs.
